Tak Rela Tak Rela

Oh! tak relaaa aku! yeah, my madu is here!!!!Last Monday, King's buddy is finally here, he just secure a job at King,s working place.He came with his wife and family and now is in process for permanent resident here.Insyaallah if all goes well he will get his PR in late October or early November.Been busy this last few days, did'nt get much sleep.Helping my madu with the kids school enrolment, house hunting, opening bank acct etc..etc

There's a few fellow friends of King who came without their family too need help.I and a couple of wifey here been preparing lunch and dinner for them.We will be helping them for this few days until they're settle down.Kesiankan, they're at a new place with a new environment without their love ones.Dulu my King pun macam gitu...bila baru-baru sampai here.Alhamdulillah ada yang membantu dia, jadi im just continuing the cycle.Tolong apa yang terdaya, all in the name of ALLAH swt.To my mum sorry if i did'nt call you for the past few days (Daya convey my regards to Mother ok if ur reading this).Im soooo busy...only got time to type this entry when the stupid water is cut off for 4 hours!Can,t do anything, thot of mopping the house since my guest is at their motel for the day.Hmmmm it turn out to be more than 4 hours! Bodoh punya mat salleh, lembab buat keja! Luckly done the cooking for today.

Book Week

This is Iman aka Rappunzel, yeah its dress up day again!Today is Roslyn Primary School Book Week Dress-Up Day.The children can dress up as any book character, animals etc as they wish.I made this dress for my darling angel 4 years ago for my kid sister daughter birthday party (masih bernyawa benda ni hehehe).I wanted her to be Tinkle Bell, cause she have a newer party dress that i've bought on her last birthday.Hmmmm.. die, die she nak pakai yang ini, since the weather is cold today she had to use termal wear inside, dah spoil the look lah!Anyway asal dia bahagia suah wakakaka!

Fairwell to neighbour

Today, on the way to fetch kids at school, we went to visit our old neighbour Rob and his wife Jill who live just next door to us and Nell who is opposite to us.Since we move out from our Digby Avenue house we did'nt get to say an official goodbye to them.We bought a box of chocolate and a thank-you card for them, Nell invited us in for a drink but we decline, we just sit and have a chat instead.We will definetly miss them as they are a best neighbour someone could have.We promise to keep in touch...i'm sure we will, cause we will be passing through the street everyday to send our kids to school.

Tamu dari Singapore and gather gather

Remember my last post about a guest from Singapore came to visit us just days before we move out? Well just 3 days in our new place we receive another guest from Singapore actually Malaysia to be precise.This guest is King friend from SIA, he too resign from SIA almost the same time with King.Now he's with Malaysia Airline and residing in Subang Malaysia.They're here on 7 days holiday.

Not long after King friend arrived, came Lady S and Lady E....Lady S came to prepare shushi and give me carrot cake again, she also make tahu goreng.Later came Lady K, she walks to my place as she stay only 5 mins away.On that day i cook nasi minyak and ayam briyani.

My new Crib

Alhamdulillah, i finally settle in my new crib! It took's me empat hari empat malam to transport all of our belongings here.I have a funny story to share with all of you....korang tau, aku pindah rumah tak pakai lorry or trailer, yang they hook up at the back of their car tu.We just used our $7000 worth Mitshubishi Verada 1994 series station wagon.Ah ahhhhh!...betulllll!.....my fridge, freezer, washing machine, sofa, katil, study table, kotak2 pendek kata semua yang ada pat rumah aku tu aku angkut pakai ini kreta! Halal babe! tak sia sia King beli this car, dah banyak betul this car berjasa dengan kita.Not only our things, even some of our friends punya barang pun pernah di angkut pakai ini kereta hehehe, just as i said just now...what ever you find at my home this car yang agkut.Ini yang dikata kan biar kereta jadi hamba kita jangan kita pulak yang jadi hamba kereta! anyway the distance from my old place to my new is less than 10 mins drive.Sooo dekat kan!


It all started on Monday 14th of August, collected our keys in the morning...proceed to the clinic as Iman was not feeling well.Sampai clinic orang dah berlambak...Monday Blueslah katakan.Managed to see the doctor at 1 in the afternoon, lepas tu balik rumah to wait for my boys (free labour) to balik dari school.We transport all the boxes first, King and the boys azan the house while i do the sertu and placing drawer liner.Had our first sholat jemaah at this house, went back early, Iman dah merengek, cause she was'nt feeling well.

Tuesday, Iman still not well enough to school, me and Hakim caught Iman's virus, Hakim too out from school.King went to have his blood test at the hospital while, Iman and Hakim rest at home, no rest for me..kerja jalan terus.After maghrib baru kita start transporting barang2 lagi.
I, Iman and Hafiz stay at the new place to do the unpacking, while King and Hakim did the transporting of barang2.

Wednesday, Iman is well enough to school...Hakim need another day rest.Waited for King to come back from work then start to transport barang2 lagi.By this time we almost clear all of the things.Went back early for dinner.

Thursday, all kids at school...King at work.Only me left to settle everything at home.Must clear everything by today..King nak masuk rumah baru on malam jumaat.By 10pm managed to tranport everthing.Had our first dinner there, after dinner shoo the kids to bed.Me and King did the rest of the unpacking until 2am.Alhamdulillah semuanye selesai without any problem.Now tinggal nak hilang kan penat aje.

Here are some snapshot of my new place, at my old place there's an apple and plum tree and a mini lavender plant.While at my new place there's 2 lemon tree and a comquat tree (macam pokok limau kasturi gitulah)and big lavender plant with plenty of flowerbed at the entrance.Behind my room there's a jasmine tree too(pokok melor) i love the smell of jasmine.

Belated Jemputan Khawin

On Sunday evening we had an invitaton from King member for dinner.This friend of King had just tie the knot a few months back.He had his wedding reception back home in Singapore.In honour of his friends here.. who could not make it to his wedding in Singapore, he organised a so call belated wedding bash.


The place is at Bismi, Sydney Road, actually the first choice is at Block M, Prahan, but since the place is to small to accomodate 40 guest, they decided Bismi instead cause at Bismi they have a special room for big function.We make a move at 6:30pm, make a stop over at Sayer Road, Hoppers Crossing to pack pizza home.Reach there at 8:15pm...the food is delicious, they ordered masalah crab, tandoori chicken, lamb tikka, tosai prawn pizza, briyani, fried lamb noodle, prata, murtabak hehehe and many many more not forgeting tea tarik..POWERRRR!.So many food but i can't eat much...too tired i guest.At 10:30pm we are the first family to make a move back home...my iman is not feeling well..infact she vomited at Molly's birthday party on that afternoon, had a call from Lis to fetch her back half an hour earlier.My kids sleep through the whole way back.

The time is one o'clock in the afternoon, just finished watching my favourite program.Ding dong...the door bell rings, might be the census collector.I usually peep at the window to see who's outside but this time i just open the front door.To my surprise..there's this malay boy tercegat depan pintu memberi salam.Aku dah panic terus hembus "cari siapa?" tak sedar no tudung di atas kepala.He terus jawab "kawan Abg Omar dari Singapore" aku terus meluru ke bilik to wake king up.Panic! panic! don't know what to do , im not prepare for this.


King pun sambut the family while i change to a proper attire.Intro myself and rush to the kitchen.Memang today the plan not to cook, Iman will not be in tonight as she is away at school camp.I will just fried for king nasi goreng for his bekal to work, cause today kita order Rojak Mama for dinner.I calm myself and managed to dish out fish ball soup, kari ikan, telur dadar, kacang panjang goreng and ikan goreng pheww...Tamu datang dari jauh mesti di jamu, but the house is in a mess at the moment cause next monday we are moving to our new rented place and receiving a guest at this time is a panic moment for me.Alhamdulillah we manage to layan the tamu semampu yang boleh, excuse myself many many time to the guest kalau ada apa apa yang kurang.Syukur alhamdulillah disaat saat nak keluar dari rumah ini masih ada jugak kami terima tetamu..kata orang tua tua tetamu itu rezeki.

Iman's very first

Muaah...!!(sob... sob)bye bye Iman.This morning my precious angel and darling Iman went camping to Sunnystones.This is her very first time away from home...im sure she will be alright.My Iman wakes up on her own every morning, dress herself and even make her own ponny tail, that why i have no worries.This camping will give her the chance to be more self dependent.Im sure will miss her tonight...muuahhh!!!!

Music Festival

This morning i and King rush to town to see our angel sing.Phew... got there just in time to catch our darling Iman perform.Iman is in her school music and singing group.Her school music and singing group have been practicing enthusiastically for this performance of Geelong School's Music Festival.This take place at the Ford Theatre, Geelong Performing Arts Centre.Luckly i get to snap a photo of them performing and was told no photo taking please... hehe!( ooops sorry! ).

Before this performance Mrs Greaves, the music teacher.. have arranged for the singing group to perform at Alexander Thomson Pre-School, Highton Pre-School, The Belmont Age Care Facility and Highton Child Care Centre just to prepare the group for today performance.I must say im proud of my Angel! she have grown so much confidents in herself

Oh! by the way...my two boys will be representing their school hockey team in Ballarat this coming November.Yeah!! Belmont High School has the best hockey team for year 7 and 8 in Geelong.If the team can beat Ballarat, there's good chance they will go interstate insyaallah!Go Fizzy! Go Hakim!

Census Day

Baru nak lepak2, tiba-tiba bunyi door bell...sape pulak eh? There this middle age lady at my front door...rupa2nye it the census official.Nasib baik i ni jenis baca n tenguk news person, kalau tidak terpingga2 jugak apa ke benda census2 ni.I've been watching tv this few days, they buat ad about this census thingy.So memang expect them to come but tak sangka so soon.


Yeah on this coming 8th of August 2006 is census night.This is the way to get information on how many people there are in each part of Australia, what they do and how they live.You can even do it online if you want to.Kalau pat sg i think they call it banci..tul tak?
